MIRA Co-founder Hope Traficanti began her career as a legal advocate for disabled individuals through the New York State Courts. In 2001, she received a Masters’ in Clinical Psychology, but went on to become an international development specialist working with public organizations and the private sector. After helping to found DCI, a firm providing tools and innovations for governments and civil society. she worked extensively as an international communications consultant with UNDP and other UN agencies. She is passionate about marshalling the power of digital to give youth a voice.

MIRA Co-founder photographer and filmmaker Marco Frattini has been documenting human stories of resilience in some of the world’s most challenging contexts for the past two decades. Featured in the New York Times and Corriere della Sera, his work has taken him across the planet, from conflicts in Iraq and Syria, to famine in Yemen and cyclones in Mozambique and the Philippines to name a few. As digital storytelling technical lead, he is focused on marshalling international know-how to share professional skills directly with those whose voices need to be heard.

Veronica Posteraro brings many years' experience as an award-winning innovator of unforgettable “best of brand” customer experiences for global audiences. Her vast track record includes forging corporate partnerships for Etihad Airways as Senior Manager Global Strategic Partnerships and Head of Product Development for Emirates Group. In addition to building partnerships among corporate, government and NGO partners, Ms Posteraro has experience in strategic planning, marketing and communications strategies, and product innovation. She combines this wealth of experience with a passion for building skills among vulnerable youth.
Kolkata, India-born photojournalist and activist Sujatro Ghosh has garnered worldwide attention for his groundbreaking "Cow Mask Project" for women's rights. Since he was a child, he has been driven to capture the essence of the human spirit, especially that of resilient people emerging from crises. With the belief that art is the most powerful tool in portraying the human essence and reflecting the times we live in, Mr. Ghosh's work focuses on the role of art in helping us form opinions, educating us about each other and transforming mindsets. His work on a range of social issues: to assist people in capturing the narratives of their everyday struggles.
Food and agriculture advisor Leandro Posteraro has over 20 years' experience leading successful field projects in agriculture, across a variety of perennial and annual crops, as well as animal production systems in multiple regions across the globe. Working in Australasia, Asia Pacific and Southern Latin America, his experience extends to Ag-Tech start-ups as well as longstanding global corporations. His passion is in applying cutting-edge technology and design thinking to contribute to solving farmers problems and assist them in meeting their needs.
